Important information regarding connectivity issues

We have found that a specific IT-policy might prevent communication over serial interfaces while connected to the corporate network. The LoniCT software use serial over USB or Bluetooth for communication with the LoniMover and LoniButton.

Solution: If LoniCT can’t find the LoniMover and the LoniButton, disable internet on your computer. Disable Wi-Fi or unplug cable, do not activate airplane mode that might also disable Bluetooth.
